We offer a full system safety inspection to ensure your propane tank, gas lines, and appliances are functioning at peak safety and performance levels. Customers that take advantage of our Gas Check Program can often benefit from some of the following.

We provide dependable propane delivery service throughout the South Central Kentucky and North Central Tennessee. Our drivers are skilled, friendly and very knowledgeable. 

Propane Energy Partners offers a convenient courtesy fill service that helps customers ensure they never run out of propane, especially during the winter heating season. This service is commonly referred to as our “Keep Full Service”. This service is offered at no additional cost to our customers who qualify and is made possible through our computerized degree day system; which enables us to monitor your fuel usage and relieves customers of the hassle of checking their gas gauge.

Our company offers a Will Call Service for customers who prefer the flexibility of monitoring their own fuel usage and who choose to regularly check their tank gauge and contact our office when fuel needs to be re-ordered. We strongly recommend that customers call when their tank percentage is approximately 30%. This will ensure that fuel service is never interrupted by giving us sufficient time to make your fuel delivery. 

At Propane Energy Partners, we are very concerned about the rising cost of fuel and recognize the negative impact it is having on our customers. To help all of our customers, our company offers a monthly payment program called Budget billing. More and more customers have come to rely on this program, which gives customers an even monthly payment based on: their past fuel history, close analysis of future gas prices, and of course, weather condition predictions.

Pre pay offers you a locked in discounted rate by purchasing your winter propane in the summer. You select how much you would like to prepay. We will offer analysis based on your past fuel history, current tank level and future weather condition predictions.
